We have found CSR champions!
Corporate Social Responsibility reflects us all. It’s even more a major topic for customers, business partners, employees and applicants as well as potential future talents. We have visiting 11 companies from different fields of business in New York to get a better understanding on how companies based in the U.S. perform on CSR. Please find below a short summary, which reflects our learnings:
Financial Report
The planning and execution of a trip to New York involves various costs that must be collected and monitored. To ensure that the trip can be financed by each participant, a budget was jointly agreed at the beginning of the project.
Project Management Report
The task was: Complete planning and implementation of a foreign project including travel planning, appointment organization for company interviews on the subject of business ethics and cultural program. The whole trip should be treated like a customer project.
Coordination of eleven company appointments
As part of our international module on business ethics, we had to arrange appointments with companies in New York that are either already strongly committed to corporate social responsibility or are still in their infancy.
A jazz night in NYC
Just as one associates the yellow taxis or the Empire State Building with New York, jazz music also has its home in this metropolis and is an integral part of the city's culture.
An emotional excursion into the past
A rainy day greets us already in the morning - and that on our Sideseeing Day! World Trade Center is the destination, ground zero and shopping in NYC.
New York – an overwhelming city
Those who don't know them can't imagine it. New York City, a city of superlatives. Nothing has a normal size. Everything, absolutely everything, is basically oversized in NYC.
An odyssey through the underground
